Shipping Policy

• An ACTUAL human reviews each and every order - no automated order processing. If we see something that is not clear, we’ll contact you BEFORE we charge your credit card. We want it to be right, the first time.
• We take extra steps to carefully validate ALL credit card information. You can be secure in the knowledge that we’re protecting you from unauthorized charges. And, by keeping fraud down, we can also keep prices down.

At The Vintage Sound we to make sure that you are completely satisfied your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (minus a 15% restocking fee) or exchange for another product within 30 days of the date of invoice.

RMAs - Return Authorization Number
All returns/replacements require a Return Authorization number. (RA). Please give us a call at 678.267.0714 or email: returns@thevintagesound.com.

All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Any Special Orders, discontinued products, installed speakers, installed transformers, and installed pickups are not returnable.
